⚔️ Heart Rooted Healing Is Joining Forces!
A new space. More community. More ways to heal, learn & grow.
Starting September 1st, Heart Rooted Healing is moving into a beautiful shared healing space with Jamie Sula of Strength and Healing Massage Therapy / The Healing Herd.
This move feels like so much more than a change of address.
For quite a while, I’ve felt the nudge that Heart Rooted Healing was ready to grow—not necessarily bigger just for the sake of bigger, but into something with more connection, collaboration, education, and community.
And then Jamie reached out.
One coffee conversation later, it became pretty clear that we had an opportunity to join forces. ⚔️
And because my husband has successfully turned our entire family into Star Wars nerds, obviously lightsabers were required to make this partnership official. 😂
🌿 What does this mean for Heart Rooted Healing?
I’m not going anywhere! Heart Rooted Healing will continue serving Teller County and the surrounding community with the same individualized, root-cause approach you’ve come to know—just from a new space beginning September 1st.
Even better, this shared space creates opportunities for our communities to connect with additional healing resources. My clients can learn more about the services Jamie offers, and Jamie’s community can discover the work I do through Heart Rooted Healing.

✨ And yes… CLASSES ARE COMING BACK!
This is one of the things I’m most excited about.
I’ve been dreaming about creating more opportunities to gather, learn, experience different healing tools, and explore that beautiful intersection where soul + science meet.
This new chapter gives me space to begin doing exactly that.
Expect educational classes, experiential workshops, intention-setting gatherings, healing tools, and probably a few things I haven’t even dreamed up yet. 😉
And we’re kicking it off before I even officially move in…
